This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our Service, whether as a service provider (“Provider”) or a client booking appointments (“Client”).
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

- Payment information: payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. We receive limited transaction data such as payment amounts, Stripe transaction IDs, and payment status.

4. SMS/Text Messaging
Booking confirmations are sent by email. If you provide a US mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages during the booking process, you may receive:
- Appointment reminder messages (typically 1 hour before your appointment)
Providers who opt in may receive text alerts when a Client books or cancels an appointment. SMS is currently limited to US mobile numbers.
Message frequency: varies based on your booking activity; typically 1–3 messages per appointment.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out: you may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at the email below. Opting out of SMS does not affect email communications or your ability to book appointments.
We do not use your phone number for marketing, and we do not share phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with Twilio for delivery of the messages described above.
5. Data Retention
- Provider accounts: retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
